Ms. Wells' expertise lies in the design and project management of retail commercial projects.

She has overseen hundreds of projects and her familiarity with the complete process from due diligence through construction makes her a valuable team member to any project. Ms. Wells specific skills include conducting feasibility studies, coordinating survey and geotechnical services, delivering public presentations, managing civil and architectural designs including overseeing and coordinating necessary engineering and design disciplines, and providing construction administration.

Ms. Wells has successfully completed projects for several national clients such as YUM! Brands, Inc., Jo-Ann Fabrics, National City Bank, Donatos Pizza, and Sheetz, Inc. across the United States. These projects included activities centering around planning and zoning representation, permitting and construction administration, and due diligence reviews. She earned her bachelor's degree in civil engineering from The University of Akron and is a member of the National Association of Female Executives and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

As the Director of Quality Control, Ms. Wells implements and monitors quality control procedures, ensuring that all documentation is checked against quality standards and will produce a quality project that meets the customer's specific needs.
